The INA219 IC measures the current and voltage drop across an external shunt resistor with high side sensing and also measures the bus supply voltage. The shunt current, shunt voltage, and bus voltage are output through an I2C interface.

The INA260 IC is a high/low side current shunt and power monitor with an I2C interface. The main difference between the INA260 and INA226 is that the INA226 needs an external shunt while the INA260 has one built-in.

The MAX471 IC is a high-side current-sense amplifier that produces an analog output voltage proportional to the input current (1 Volt/Amp). It can measure currents within ±3A, with an open-collector SIGN output that indicates current-flow direction.
