Description
The STM32 NUCLEO-F103RB Nucleo-64 microcontroller development board breaks out the STM32F103RB MCUMicrocontroller Unit chip into pin headers including the ST morpho connector (giving full access to all the I/OInput/Outputs), Arduino Uno R3 expansion connector, and SWDSerial Wire Debug connector. The board also integrates the ST-LINK/V2-1 debugger and programmer, has a mini USB for power and programming, user buttons, and LEDs.
- Processor
- The board features an STM32F103RB Single-Core 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 processor clocked at 72MHz. The processor also includes low power Sleep, Stop and Standby modes.
- Memory
-
- 128KB of Flash
- 20KB of SRAMStatic Random Access Memory
- I/OInput/Output
-
- 51x Digital I/O with PWMPulse-Width Modulation
- 2x 16-Channel 12-bit ADCAnalog-to-Digital Converter (ADC, A/D, or A-to-D) (0V - 3.6V)
- Communication Interfaces: UARTUniversal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter, I2CInter-Integrated Circuit. Also referred to as IIC or I2C., SPISerial Peripheral Interface, LINLocal Interconnect Network, and CANController Area Network (CAN) is a high-integrity serial communication bus designed for harsh environments such as industrial and automotive applications.
- USB 2.0 Full/Low speed, mini-B USB connector (Virtual Com Port, Mass Storage, Debug Port)
- User Interface
-
- 2x push buttons: USER and RESET
- 3x LEDs: USB communication (LD1), user LED (LD2), and power LED (LD3)
- On-board ST-LINK/V2-1 debugger/programmer with SWD connector. Selection-mode switch to use the kit as a standalone ST-LINK/V2-1
- Power
- The board can be powered by the USB connector or an external source with VIN (7V to 12V), E5V (5V), or the +3.3V power supply pins on the ST morpho connector CN6 or Arduino connector CN7.
