DFRobot Beetle ATmega32U4 Microcontroller Board Products

Description

The DFRobot DFR0282 Beetle microcontroller board has the ATmega32U4 MCUMicrocontroller Unit broken out in a small thumb-sized form factor (0.8in x 0.9in). The ATmega32U4 chip has a built-in USB controller where the board has a Micro-B USB connector for both power and programming.

Processor

8-bit 16MHz AVRAVR microcontrollers derives its name from its developers and stands for, Alf-Egil Bogen and Vegard Wollan RISC microcontroller, and is also known as Advanced Virtual RISC. processor with Advanced RISCReduced Instruction Set Computer architecture. The default clock speed is 16MHz, but it can go up to a maximum speed of 20MHz.

Power

The board can be powered by the Micro USB connector (5V DC) or using + and - pins on the bottom of the board with a 5V DC external source.
